Built successful graphic design and production business. Developed steady client base of repeat customers. Responsible for all business functions, including budgeting, marketing of business, and client relations. Balance graphic design, production, time management, and coordination of many simultaneous jobs.

Projects have included: Website design, html and css coding; two, three, and four color print brochures; catalogs; book covers; newsletters; advertising; corporate ID; and signage. Independently handle computer troubleshooting and keep up to date on hardware, software and internet developments.

Responsible for meeting time and budgetary requirements for all corporate communications with high-quality design and illustration. Managed in-house production department. Worked with marketing staff on design and scheduling of direct mail campaigns, advertising, and trade show materials. Coordinated with editorial staff to accommodate tight newsletter and special report deadlines. Oversaw production of slides and overheads for consulting and seminar departments. Negotiated with photographers and printers.

Produced monthly research reports, slides, marketing and seminar materials. Created icons and illustrations for articles and brochures on the Macintosh.
